Hi,

can it be possible to have an option for a network to use the username/pass stored in the database for a radius authenticator to auth users when the radius is down ?

but mabe password are not even stored in database :/

and while i am at it, i think that there is a major problem for admins when the radius is down.

I think that when it is the case, admins should be allowed to log in even if they is no response from the radius.

makes sense.. what I used to do was to do a regular backup of the localauth database that stores everything about preferences/networks/vhosts/nodes/etc.

If I misconfigured the RADIUS Server (I still cannot make it work), I just drop the database and load the backup.. it's a bit nasty but works.

And yes, it'd be great a local fallback, at least for admins and NetOwners.
