add green background to node UP status report

This patch adds a green background to nodes that are UP

This helps deliniate where nodes are in the 'Node Status' statistic report, msking it easier to scroll through when looking at nodes

To implementate this, it needs improvement. The HTML should have both classes for up, down and unknown, as well as classes for even and odd. (There should be no red and green classes) The theme designer can then decide what to do with them.
