autogen.sh tries mipsel builds on *all* parameters

Description

autogen.sh takes parameters, which it passed on to configure when it runs that at the end. However any presence of a parameter also makes it setup a mipsel cross-compile environment. This was quite confusing when suddenly my build broke after I reran autogen.sh with a --prefix=/opt/wifidog option.

This was introduced in changeset r142.
